Welcome to AAJA Seattle’s new site, hosted on the WordPress blogging platform. For the past several weeks, I have been working to get a functional site up and running. I apologize in advance for any snafus that you may encounter as you are navigating the site.

When the site is fully developed, it will have most, if not all, of the rich features found on the home page of AAJA-Los Angeles, www.aaja-la.org. This is the site that our officers felt was best suited to the chapter’s needs.

Here’s how you can help:

— If you have photos from AAJA Seattle chapter events, upload them to our Flickr group.

— E-mail us at info@aajaseattle.org if you have news to share with the chapter, an idea for an event you would like to help organize or a question about the chapter’s programs.

— We will be looking for members to contribute content to the site. If you’re interested in writing, photographing or videorecording a story that relates to the chapter’s events or broader issues, such as coverage of Asian-Americans or diversity in the profession, send an e-mail to info@aajaseattle.org.
